Support our Wounded Warriors and Attend a Gala in Denver

A pre-Valentine's Day Gala will be held to support our Wounded Warriors Impacting Neighbors. Many of our military men and women come home with injuries that impact the way they live day to day. Many need special housing, ADA compliant spaces and fund raisers are needed to help these special men and women transition into a daily life style.

Joan: This is a fantastic way to help those troops who were wounded protecting the freedoms we hold so dearly.
Joan - what's better then supporting our soldiers who come back wounded fighting for our freedom?! What a wonderful and inspiring event and I'm sure you'll have a big turnout!
Anita, Col. Dant spoke at our Metro Denver leadership meeting yesterday and announced this gala! He is an intriguing and well spoken man. This should be a great event, and the location is perfect!
Hey Joan, Good morning to you. You are promoting a wonderful event for a group of people for whom we owe thanks and gratitude. Wings Over the Rockies looks like a great venue too - I wish all involved much success.

Hi Joan,
This sounds like a great cause. But I would want to get more dressed up for a $75 a head ticket GALA than business casual. But that is just me. I love an excuse to dress up!

Joan - What a great way to suuport Wounded Warriors and have a great time while doing so ..... there is a Canadian version of Wounded Warriors ..... a charitable organization that raises funds to support
"all Canadian Forces members wounded on operations, at the outset of their healing process. The fund aims to improve the general morale and welfare of the soldiers and their families by working through first-line caregivers, medical staff, chaplains and assisting officers." source the Wounded Warriors Web Site
There just can't be enough done for those brave men and women that protect our freedoms - such a great event for the community, Joan - I hope everyone turns out to support those wounded warriors!
This does indeed look like a wonderful event! Hope there is a large turnout!
Kristine, Buckley AFB is so close to me, with our military men and women coming home with physical injuries, this fund raiser is so important. Hope it is well attended!
