Parker CO Market Report - December 2011
The Town of Parker is Southeast of Denver approximately 30 miles. It is a quaint town that is commonly called a bedroom community. It has the small town feel, yet has lots to offer. The Town of Parker is approximately 20 square miles.
Like Denver, Parker real estate is very low in inventory and difficult to find a non-distressed home for a family that is under $200,000. Currently there are 150 under contract and 61 pending. Here are the numbers for the Month of December 2011:

Homes in the Town of Parker feed into the Douglas County Schools, there is a hospital, and several boutique shops as well as some large box stores. I believe this hot market will continue as we are now seeing many multiple offer situations, especially in the price range of $300,000 and less.

Joan, I just met a couple from Parker Colorado on Sunday, they have a 2nd home in Venice. I like the format of your market report it shows you are detail and experienced.
Cool report Joan....how does your mls give you the data...I have to say ours does very little which is why it becomes cumbersome to do reports...instead they rather go to bat with me all today over Realbird do's & don'ts....your report is very clear & easy to read.

Joan, Many market reports I see refer to low inventory. It's an issue in my market as well. Low supply triggers a higher demand and prices begin to increase. This is a great Parker CO market report. Thank you.

Parker sounds similar to Lansdale. Similar prices, infrastructure (schools, hospitals, stores) and small-town atmosphere - another bedroom community.
